Why join our club?

We are not your typical youth running club--we are different!

We are college athletes creating the athletes and healthy citizens of tomorrow with the support of the community, our coaches, our members’ parents, and our friends. We make running fun for everyone by balancing healthy competition with positive support for every child.

We advocate a healthy lifestyle, teaching children about proper nutrition, hydration, stretching, muscle recovery, and rest during our “Circle of Knowledge” warm-up and cool-down sessions.

We know that every child’s skill level and drive is different and while some aspire to be the next Usain Bolt, others will have a more relaxed approach. Keeping this in mind, we will cater to each child’s needs—providing 3 different training levels (Warp Drive, Light Speed, and Speed of Sound).

We will build our sense of community by inviting athletes and their families to participate in optional weekend fun runs. Sometimes, we’ll offer light snacks and games after practice to keep building those healthy relationships that drive us forward.

Come have fun with us at our next practice!

It's time to get your run on! We'll start things off slowly  with stretching (dynamic and static), drills, and a few miles.

Location: River Walk  Park

Time: 5:30-6:30 PM

Yay--it's Hump day! And we'll get over that hump with a more intense workout! We'll do some core exercises, yoga, and then hit the hills and speed drills!

Location:River Walk  Park

Time: 5:30-6:30 PM

After yesterday's intense workout, we'll take it a bit easier today. We'll start with dynamic stretches and then will put in some nice, steady miles.
