VIRTUAL TRAINING

In lieu of in-person practices, we are happy to announce BYRC live virtual workouts via Zoom! We aim to help your child stay fit and healthy from the safety and comfort of your home.

 BYRC virtual training will provide athletes a much-needed outlet for physical activity and fun interaction during the quarantine.  Each week, we will focus on different strength-building exercises for specific muscle groups and on core conditioning. We will have fun competitions and friendly online interaction with our athletes. We hope our workouts will provide parents with a little downtime and allow kids to see their friends, knowing that this is the new norm for now, they are not alone in this, and we are okay. We will continue to do our part to help keep our BYRC family and community happy, healthy, and safe.

MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 11-NOON

TUESDAY & THURSDAY 5-6 PM
